Dear Bea, as a regular customer of 10 plus years it makes me wonder why you never wrote a nice comment but at the first bad experience you have a lot to say… We only sell cheese here and nowhere else currently so you can visit the shop and have the same level of service as you would have received at the market place. Secondly as a customer of 10+ years you probably would know that we usually offer tours, which allow access to the animals and the farm, which without booking you do not have the right to, it is our home so we also have our rules. Thirdly, saying that you cannot see the goats as to not disturb them was a polite way of saying please do not approach the goats as you cannot visit on your own, for many reasons, bio security being just one of them. We are not a zoo nor are we here for us, or our animals to be on display. Thank you for acknowledging the vast amount of work that goes into running a farm, and for next time as I mentioned if you want to see the goats please book a tour.
