Someone I know who has a severe dairy allergy visited this location and ordered a drink that was supposed to be substituted with oat milk instead of regular milk. Turns out it wasn't and he immediately had an allergic reaction where his throat swelled up and he had to rush to get medication. I understand working in this industry is not easy and mistakes will be made but this was unacceptable.

I've been coming to this KFT for several years now. The fact of the matter is, you either like the KFT franchise or you don't. If you DO, this is one of the best locations to go to, if not THE best. The staff here is always so lovely; turnover is lower than what you'd expect for a service job, and even the new folks are always wonderful. They're quick, they're knowledgeable, and they always have a smile, which says a lot about management too. I can't shout these guys out enough. If for some reason you are new to the KFT brand, it's my personal favorite bubble tea that's available in the area. I prefer non-milk tea, and their options are simply the most robust. There are a few, more niche add-ins that I'd love to see on the menu, but I'm too lazy to ask corporate for that lol. As it is, their menu is already extensive and endlessly customizable, and their "stock" combos are all really good too. Bottom line, you will not be disappointed going to the Gambrills KFT.
