On Sunday, April 12, we arrived about 5min after 11am, but the door was still locked, then a girl slowly walked pass us and unlock the main door as she was officially opening the shop...She did not greet us, did not pay attention to us waiting at the cash register at all as we waited there forever. FYI we were the first customers, no one else, so yes it wasn't busy at all. My partner ordered his drink on the kiosk with Chia seed toppings, then later she said she ran out of Chia seeds topping (right after the shop is open?), and offered another topping instead. Cool, so my partner wanted crystal lychee boba as his substitution but his drink ended up NOT having any toppings! But yes, he got charged for it. Her customer service was so bad, looked messy and not well organized either...

Secret Menu local item: Longan Jujube Tea. All the aunties love it, really happy with the recommendation. Usually get peach yogurt or ginger? Everyone is super sweet, love this place. Nice little seating area off to the side as well if you want a lil Boba date!

As a person who isn't fond of Boba Bubbles ( texture issue ), it's still a very good beverage option. My fiancée absolutely loves Kung fu tea & we make a stop every time we are in the area. The variety of drinks keeps it fun & interesting. Highly recommend using the app before planning a visit because making up your mind doesn't come quick lol.
