During the Corona period, the excellent dishes were also shipped by the Alexander Kunz Manufactory. Now the crisis is over and the shipping customer who previously kept the company afloat is no longer wanted because shipping was suddenly stopped. First, a lady from the service assured me that you could make an exception with the shipping and it wouldn't be a problem, but then there were lots of excuses. Supposedly it is because the dry ice is missing because the local supplier suddenly no longer offers it (who believes it) and there is nowhere else in this area. I could get some in the form of easy-to-handle dry ice bags and would have paid all the additional shipping costs, but the management doesn't want to send anything anymore, not even a larger order. There is one excuse after the other, as if there was not enough dry ice left during shipping until the express package reached the manufactory, etc. Personally, I have the feeling that when things are up and running again, the cold back will be turned to the shipping customer and he/she will no longer be wanted. What a pity to find such a shameful attitude! Picking it up on site is out of the question for me, as I live more than 500 km one-way from Restaurant Kunz. As a result, I will neither recommend this manufactory nor this restaurant to my friends and acquaintances! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
