Thank you very much for your detailed and honest feedback. We are surprised that our ambiance was perceived as “a bit outdated” – our restaurant has only been open for 2.5 years and was completely newly furnished from the ground up. We would also like to emphasize that everything at our place is handmade – from the focaccia and pasta to our soups, in which, of course, no powdered stock is used. Nevertheless, we take your criticism very seriously and see it as motivation to become even better and more consistent. All the more, we are pleased that you found your evening overall enjoyable and especially appreciated the dessert, the tartare, and the small treats at the end. Es überrascht uns, dass unser Ambiente als „in die Jahre gekommen“ wahrgenommen wurde – unser Restaurant besteht erst seit 2,5 Jahren und wurde von Grund auf neu ausgestattet. Auch möchten wir betonen, dass bei uns alles in Handarbeit hergestellt wird – von der Focaccia über die Pasta bis hin zu unseren Suppen, in denen selbstverständlich kein Suppenpulver verwendet wird. Nichtsdestotrotz nehmen wir Ihre Kritik sehr ernst und verstehen sie als Ansporn, noch besser und konstanter zu werden. Umso mehr freut es uns, dass Sie Ihren Abend insgesamt als angenehm empfunden haben und insbesondere Dessert, Tatar und die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten zum Abschluss genießen konnten.
