I’ve been a loyal customer for a while and usually make a 15 minute drive each week for the same order, so this was disappointing. My General Tso’s chicken was extremely tough and not up to their usual standard. When I called, I was told to save the food and bring it back the next day. That was not realistic for me, and I was hoping for a simple replacement or refund. I understand mistakes happen and normally would not make a big deal about it. What bothered me was how it was handled. Asking a regular customer to hold onto food and prove the issue felt unnecessary and inconvenient. I hope they improve how they handle situations like this. The food is always made fresh and tastes great, they always get our order right and include napkins, utensils, & a ton of fortune cookies. The prices are right and they're always professional and kind. Nowadays, its hard to find quality because so many places of all kinds are rude and serve lackluster or awful food that is expensive, cold and/or wrong....but Kwik Wok is the absolute bomb and we are lucky to have them so close by. Thank you!!!!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
