Se comenta que aquí el personal es paciente. Su pulcro servicio es siempre un placer. La mayoría de clientes suponen que los precios son razonables para lo que recibes. This is my 4th visit at this branch of Lama’s the burgers are as good as always! All flavors are authentic to its recipe. They really come close to being called American burgers! I have ordered many dishes and repeated to order the same menu couple of times to test their consistency, it’s always so good that it’s so reassuring! The ingredients assemble, temperature of the food with presentation was very appealing. The only drag that this place has is the service, they should hire some more staff for the service area and someone to take care of the beverage side of things! The guy who took our order and was also the chef from the kitchen was impeccable. Poor guy had to take care of pretty much everything during the peak time and went above and beyond to take care of us.Either he deserves a raise or he should be having a good team together to function. The lack of staffing could lead to it’s biggest downfall if not taken this issue seriously. Definitely recommended for people to enjoy some exotic burgers, and elevate your tastebuds for something original and downright authentic. I had a terrible experience at Lama Burger Restaurant. I waited 40 minutes for my burger, only to be served something that tasted absolutely awful. The service was extremely slow, and the staff didn’t seem to care about the long wait times. When the burger finally arrived, it was nothing like I expected—bland, poorly cooked, and simply inedible. Definitely not worth the time or money. Would not recommend! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
