I visited L/bloomer, which is close to my home, for lunch on a slightly cloudy day. Before the move, it was operated in Toiyacho! When I visited after 1pm, the restaurant was about 80% full. The window seats are popular, so they're all occupied, so I sit at a two-seater table in the middle. I ordered a ``Demiglace Sauce Hamburger'', which was on a tablet menu, but I had to tell the staff directly to order, and it arrived in just over 10 minutes! The hamburger steak is quite large, with a chubby shape and a good height. The demi-glace sauce has a strong tomato sauce color, but is not sour, so I thought it could be used in a variety of dishes ^^ My companion's pork rice had plenty of minced pork. ．． ．． Next time I'll get this too! !
