I will start by positively stating that the cashier was a great help - at first. She let us sample the lo mein and answered questions about the menu. She mentioned that if we ordered the lo mein, it would be “fresh.” Onto the complaint: We had the fried dumplings (3.5 out of 5) which were hot but not completely fried. They were served on a bed of old lettuce. Weird. We also ordered chicken lo mein. The lo mein tasted good but had a lot of cold sections where it wasn’t completely heated up. The chicken tasted like boiled chicken, no flavor! I’d have to give it a 3. We also ordered an egg drop soup - absolute 0 out of 5. To top it off, the fortune cookies were stale. Drinks were $7 - fountain drinks tasted gross. I let the cashier know. I didn’t want a refund or anything. Just wanted them to know. She rolled her eyes at me. She even admitted about knowing the fortune cookies were bad but STILL served them to us. How is this worth $40 WITH a military discount?! I had to toss 1/3 of the meal simply for tasting horrible and ended up just eating semi hot noodles. I do not recommend. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Ms. Robinson, first of all, thank you for your review. Our Chicken Lo-Mein is stir fried in a WOK under extreme temperatures. We absolutely do not boil or blanche our chicken. None of our customers complained about our fountain drinks being stale or tasteless. I understand that we can not please everyone. Again, thank you for your review.
