Nipponia is a developer that takes old traditional structures and repurposes it for modern use while maintaining the essence of the original structure. Le Un is located in a former Sake brewery. Beautifully elegant inside-the centuries old wooden structural beams could be seen throughout. The food and service was impeccable all at pre-pandemic prices. The wine selection was spectacular especially given how unremarkable the wine selection is in Japan at non-wine specialized establishments. The food was French style Japanese-French technique with Japanese taste. Well worth the visit if you're in the area of Sawara enjoying the Koedo town! Price per person: ¥5,000–6,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
