Only one self service terminal operational and a queue to use it as initially there was no staff member on the counter. Had to wait 10 minutes for the order to be delivered. Terrible quality - aioli chicken wrap was bland mush in a soggy wrap. Had to wonder how long it had been sitting waiting for someone to buy it. It was unpleasant so I threw it away. Korean Chicken wrap was equally unpleasant although the flavour was a little better and my husband was so hungry he persevered. This is the second recent visit to a Leon restaurant where the food has been terrible. I’ll avoid in future - it seems the focus these days is upon cost saving rather than quality and this is really having an impact upon the experience Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Why can't fast food be good food? Well for a start it would need to be fast, which this wasn't in the slightest. The aoili rice box was fine, even if it looked a bit bare bones considering it was a large portion. Rice looked like it was spread thin to hide the greaseproof paper rather than trying to be a decent adult portion. The waffle fries however were beyond hard and dry, having clearly been left under the heat waiting for their next unwitting victim. This is why most people are at the McDonald's over the other side of the court. Atmosphere - you're in clacket lane services. What expectations do you have? The slowest yoghurt ever made. If you want fast food, go elsewhere. Turns out the yoghurt that I ordered was not intact yoghurt at all, but granola instead. Having waited 10 minutes for said yoghurt, I decided it was best to take what I had. Awful experience Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
