Superb restaurant! Very good cuisine, fresh produce, combination of flavors and presentation of the dishes, nothing to complain about! The service is qualitative and very spontaneous, no need to ask when you are missing something, the person in the room is on hand. If we really had to have a more critical eye, I would say that we are obliged to make a choice between vegetables or starches for the accompaniment, otherwise add 3€ to have both. Visited l'Élan for a social dinner. The place is very nice, and we also were lucky enough to be in front of the kitchen, so we could look at the chef working. The service was impeccable: professional but at the same time friendly. The true star, however, was the food: the poached eggs with mushrooms were absolutely spectacular, as was the duck. The chef also proposed us some unexpected hors d'oeuvre and post-desserts. Only negative thing was the vegetarian choice for the main course: a sort of cannelloni filled with aubergines... While the pasta was good, the dish as a whole was not at the same level of the other courses. In any case, a good experience!
