If you get off the Shin-Meishin Expressway Tsuchiyama IC and drive a little north, you'll find LIBERA, with its exterior reminiscent of a model room, nestled in the middle of a vast tea plantation. When I stepped inside, I was surprised by the luxurious space, thinking that this was actually a restaurant. The deliciousness of the food that comes out cannot be expressed in words. Very satisfied. None of them. The white asparagus risotto was particularly delicious. (However, I was extremely disappointed that I failed to take a photo.) Most of the drinks are foreign wines and beers, but the manager kindly gave me recommendations and I was able to enjoy the taste of alcohol that I had never had before. A 2-year-old who moves around with 5 adults, a 3-month-old who cries for milk, can be there without worrying about the surroundings, and above all, the warmth of the chef who greets you with a smile. This space where you can spend time with your family without getting into the water is truly valuable in this day and age. As soon as I got home, I made a reservation for the next time.
