while the environment is comfortable and cozy , i was quite disappointed with the fried chicken chop that i ordered , the size was so small for the price rm 12.90 - i'd rather ordered for 2 piece of chicken thigh with this price .. kindly revise the price or get a proper meal size for this menu . .other than that i think should be ok Food: 2

Base of best recommend by social media that's good comments and nice food. We decided to visit for get a try. This is 1st experience I'm been here from outstation visit LIBTA Coffee. Unfortunately we get a very bad experience that's we feel that this shop lack of hygiene. Before we start our meal we get shock that's got dead mice at our sit place. At first we inform the staff but they without give any action with immediate to clean up and not do any sanitization. By the way we are still not start our meal but when saw the dead mice it's so disgusting. The staff not do any action immediately until myself looking for the person in charge informed. The person incharge told us this happened it's not their under control hope we can understand. Furthermore they said they also can't avoid it's happened. How come this can happen inside the cafe restaurant without action by their staff? We found that the food prepare at kitchen without any cover up and just leave it on the kitchen top. The toilet found that a lot spiderweb looks like quite sometimes never clean. This is the first time we visit the shop such of these bad experiences. Will not consider again to visit this shop. Please practice your service skills to your customers. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: RM 20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
