Me dieron la carne al pastor quemada, tambien pedi tacos de cochinita y asada, ninguna carne era fresca. Food: 1 Service: 4

I contacted Lico's Tacos and spoke with Freddy. We agreed on a price to rent the food truck for an upcoming event. They called back a day later saying they miscalculated the price and it would need to be several hundred dollars higher than expected. My response was to ask if we can meet in the middle because their new price exceeded the budget for the event and we were excited to have them at the event. They promised to call back the next day with the final price of what they can do. They never called back. I texted several times to try and figure out what's going on, as the event's date was approaching quickly, and I had to confirm we would have food. They only responded by text saying they were not doing it. No explanation or reason, just left us with no food option. I'm highly disappointed in their customer service and lack of follow-up. Even if they could not do the party at our budget, letting me know quickly so I could pivot would have been better than no response at all. If you're thinking of using them for catering, I suggest having at least one backup ready to go so you don't get screwed.

I don't think I've ever left a bad review for a restaurant before. I came here on Tue (Feb 03) around 4pm and got a burrito that was so bad that I'm still thinking about it days later. $20 after tip just wasted. Imagine a burrito that's 90% rice with an uncooked tortilla. I've eaten here over a dozen times before and usually it's very good.. but the last time was so bad that I feel insulted. Food: 1
