It’s hard to find a place that offers both hot pot and BBQ under one roof, so Sizzle Pot is a great option when you don’t want to choose one over the other. Why settle for one when you can enjoy both? Each table comes with an individual mini hot pot plus a shared BBQ grill in the center, making it easy for everyone to cook exactly what they want. There are separate stations for vegetables, meats, hot foods, sauces, and desserts, so there’s plenty to choose from. If you’re looking for something a little more premium, you can also order upgraded meats and seafood through the tablet for an additional charge. One of my favorite parts was experimenting with the sauce bar. My favorite combination for hot pot was the XO Mix, while the Korean Fruitwood sauce paired perfectly with the BBQ meats. The only area that could use some improvement was the dessert station. A few of the desserts tasted a bit stale, and the soft serve was runny during our visit. Aside from that, everything else was enjoyable. Our server, Maggie, was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The music also created a fun atmosphere that made the experience even better. Overall, Sizzle Pot offers a unique all-you-can-eat experience with a solid selection of food and the rare opportunity to enjoy both hot pot and BBQ at the same time. We had such a wonderful experience! Our server Javier was incredibly bubbly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. He made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived, answered all of our questions, and gave great recommendations. My husband's soup ended up being a little too spicy, and he was so kind to replace it without hesitation. That level of care and excellent customer service truly made our dining experience even better. Such an amazing young man, we really appreciate his kindness and professionalism. Food was great and service was even better! Our server, Javier was amazingggg. He's so friendly and nice and accommodating. My friend was mentioning to our table that she wished they added ice to our water, and next thing we know, Javier showed up with a pitcher of ice water! I used to be a restaurant server for 10 years so my expectations at restaurants are pretty high, and Javier went above and beyond. Thanks dude! We will def be coming back.
