We have been coming to Lowboys at Ile Sauvage for Sunday brunch a few times now, and we were lucky enough to have tried Vic and Dal’s eggs benny special and their fried chicken and waffles. Just like Bangers, these guys get it. The flavour combos are creative and work really well. The chicken is unlike any I’ve had. Crispy, juicy, spicy, and paired well with a tolerable spicy sauce and, of course, with the waffles and house-made whipped cream. it’s just everything. The eggs benny was amazing as well, for the same reasons. Delicious, creative, filling, and worth the wait. The hash browns are insane. We have had breakfast here 3 times and only this time were we able to get photos we eat it too quick. The owners Vic and Dal are awesome people and make a great team. We are excited to see what they create in 2026! Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We held out and waited for a day that they did their chicken and waffles, and I’m glad we did! It was really really good! The chicken was tender and juicy, the waffles were flavorful and perfectly cooked. We loved the sauce options as well. Plus, the brewery has movies on, which is generally just a fun vibe. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place is one of a kind! The food is unreal and probably Victoria’s best breakfast sandwich Service is top tier, friendly folks hanging about and the menus is constantly adding new delicious creations. Highly recommend this to anyone who eats food on a regular basis. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
