The place is beautiful and has an amazing view, but the order which was just some omlettes took so long and came all wrong and didnt taste good, the toilet is awful!!! Extremely dirty, had flies and bugs and no running water in the toilet, overall the experience was very bad and not recommended at all. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Breakfast

I write to aware you the problem of management group of Bebek Lokal. Also unfortunately i have very severe complaint about it. Statement of Circumstances, I made reservation on last Tuesday (13/01/2026)for Friday(16/01/2026), which is my birthday. And before i made reservation, i consulted on WhatsApp to MAKE SURE they have performance on that day and that's why i decided to make reservation for two and transferred deposit. The problem came on Friday, we arrived Bebek Lokal at about 9.30PM there was no customer other than me and my boyfriend. After we were seated, they told us today would be NO performance, because there was no other customer. They said they could serve us dinner and after that they could took us to upstairs which is Bebek Meyhane. i refused because i looked that place on instagram before but i didn’t like it. if i wanna go there why wouldn’t i reserve that place at first? Later they said you could go Bebek Meyhane and took a look, we went there and checked and i was disappointed. I decided to leave and talk with manager of Bebek Lokal. The PROBLEMS and COMPLAINTS are as followed. FIRST OF ALL, NO ONE informed us they CHANGED/CANCELED performance schedule. the manager kept talking like we CANNOT offer performance for only two people and you can go upstairs(Bebek Meyhane)they are SAME. and he CANNOT DO ANYTHING other than that. I asked him then why you didn’t inform me on WhatsApp before. but he didn’t give an explanation. SECONDLY, I have to say the manager has no SERVICE conscious AT ALL. He told us to come again on Saturday, which made me angrier. we cannot make time for you ALL THE TIME. Not to mention that we came from bursa all the way to celebrate my birthday. My boyfriend drove for 2 hours and we spent 30 mins for parking the car. Will you pay for wasting our time and gas and parking fee and compensation for our emotional distress? NOT TO MENTION THAT we could not find any other place that night, I spent my birthday in traffic in cold and rainy weather. THANKS TO BEBEK LOKAL It was the worst birthday I've ever had. THIRDLY, The management group is lack of CONTRACTUAL SPIRIT and INTEGRITY. On Friday evening i asked the manager to refund us immediately, but he said i could not refund you today but tomorrow. But i did not trust him i asked him to send message on WhatsApp PROMISING that he will refund tomorrow, which is Saturday, the 17th of January. But the next day when i followed up refunding issue, they refused to refund me claiming that due to accounting process, it would be late. and then they have never read or replied any of my message until this Wednesday because I contacted their manager and kept sending messages to them. I don't know if I didn't ask for the manager's WhatsApp who I can talk to. But they refunded on this Wednesday, eventually. MY ADVISE, I learned Bebek Lokal from instagram, the decor and design concept are great, very retro, and I must admit, it looked exactly like the pictures when I arrived on site. BUT to be honest, the management, services and operations are WASTING such a nice place. I do not know if your team noticed and reflected the two facts that in Istanbul, all the popular and good places are fully booked on Fridays, but your place is empty. WHY? On another hand, if you noticed your google map reviews, you could find surprisingly increasing negative reviews in recent 2 months. regardless of the reviews of unreasonable bill, at least give customers service that match the place. OR it would be disgrace for both sides. MY DEMANDS, All I wanted was a special and beautiful birthday but you have ruined it forever. My birthday would never, ever come back. This caused me huge psychological trauma. I don't know what you can do but all what I can do is crying and regretting about choosing your place. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
