I was looking for a place to stay for a ski weekend in Verbier and it was an excellent surprise, I can only recommend it. The proximity to the Châble cable car (Téléverbier) - whether by car or with the train in the immediate vicinity is ideal. The evening meal is what makes this address unique - we feel that the locals appreciate the place, and rightly so. The service is friendly and very attentive, and the food is of rare quality. The meats are simply perfect, both in texture and preparation, and the accompaniments are clearly homemade - especially the vegetables, which are fresh and superbly prepared, and the very tasty accompanying sauces. Special mention to desserts. also very successful. Concerning the hotel part, the rooms are simple but clean, pleasant and comfortable. Point to note: we were on the river side and the roar of the water, certainly well masked by the insulation, remains present - completely continuous and not annoying (I am a light sleeper though). The breakfast is "classic" but the products are good (the jam is excellent) and well prepared. The place “doesn’t look like much” but it’s a gem.
