Tavern where you can eat excellent quality typical appetizers and very good kebabs, although in my opinion they could be even more enhanced by more careful cooking. The real problem in my opinion is the quantity of people accepted into the room. To go to the bathroom you have to ask the people at the other tables for permission to pass. Furthermore, the air is saturated with kebab smoke and last but not least e-cigs and iquos allowed at the table. I don't think I would go back on the weekend. Maybe midweek there is less confusion. La Locanda del Presidente in Pianella is one of those restaurants that makes you feel the warmth of Abruzzo. It is located on the first floor of a building, with a pleasant climate, one of those modest but genuine, in a location without pomp, where the focus is above all on substance. Super hot and cold appetizers, with a special mention for fried cheese, cheese balls and eggs and ham. Similarly, we were very satisfied with the kebabs and sausages, accompanied by jugs of beer. The honesty of the staff is to be appreciated, as in response to our request, in order to avoid waste and additional costs, they suggested the number of portions suitable to satisfy us (got it right). Bitter and coffee to finish. The overall cost per person was lower than average, no problems with electronic payment. Possibility of parking on the street in front.
