I've been a customer at La Pizza Jardim Europa for years, I really like the pizza. But today I had a huge disappointment, I ordered a pizza and it arrived more than 2 hours late and completely COLD, I called to talk to them to explain that I have been a customer for years and to say that this time I was unlucky, because besides the pizza it takes longer It took 2 hours to arrive, it arrived COLD. The attendant left me waiting on the phone for more than 10 minutes and hung up, I called again and asked to speak to the manager, the call was directed to a girl, if I'm not mistaken, her name is Sandra. She is completely unemployed, she was not aware that she was wrong and preferred to lose the client. I wouldn't come here to make this complaint, but rather come so the owner can deal with the poor quality of service and the lack of commitment being provided to the customer. Food: 1 Service: 1
