Thanks to a waiter/manager Guiseppe, who spoiled my experience. This is the first place I wanted to go when I arrived in Tossa de Mar, but when we came here with my husband this waiter brushed us away in a very rude way saying "closed, closed" without any "sorry, please come later".
Next day I still wanted to give it a chance. When we came the same waiter disappeared just the moment we came in, although he saw us come in, so we had to stay and wait when we get seated. It was windy and quite cold in September obviously we wanted to sit near the fire or covered place, but "no, these are tables for four, not for two!", se we had to sit in an open wind space, even though all other tables were not occupied (and later were filled by COUPLES) Another couple came in and was put off the same way, they just left. Another company of four came in and left some time later without being served. Come on!!! This is not how you treat your customers especially in a low season!!! Of course the waiter doesn't care, it's not his money he is loosing. Non of the staff looked like they cared about anything to be honest. The food was so so, nothing special at all. Delicatessen foie gras tasted like a ordinary very fatty pate. Complete disappointment, will never return here again. Needles to say our "lovely" waiter did not say goodbye or even smiled at us when we were leaving. It is such a shame that a nice restaurant turned into such ignorant place.
