This venue probably has hidden cameras in the toilets BEWARE!. I was asked to leave and banned from this bar after using the toilet. Previous user of the toilet cubicle before me had put a used drinks glass down the toilet. I pee'd into the toilet probably spraying into the glass however I don't think its reasonable to expect a customer to reach into a toilet to remove something. Common occurrence to find stuff discarded in toilets when visiting clubs and pubs - dumb drunk behaviour. No other toilets were available for use on this particular evening. After leaving the toilet I was stopped several minutes later and banned for peeing into said pint glass. I guess I could have told a staff member there was a glass in the toilet but I'm not sure they'd have physically gone in and done anything about it. Price per person: £30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I wanted to leave a review to say how grateful i am to the lovely people working at this club. A week ago or so I went to La Rocca for the first time. I was having a great time, good atmosphere and great music.. but then disaster struck when I lost my phone!! Being a broke student in no position to replace something so expensive, I panicked a lot. I cried real tears to the bouncers, and they helped me look for my phone while I totally freaked out. They were very kind to me and let me in and out while I spoke to my friends and asked them to call my phone. Eventually they managed to reunite me with my phone (and the very hungry caterpillar case!) and I cried a lot more. The lovely woman working in the office also let me give her a big hug and made sure I was okay before I went on my way. Thank you so much for helping me out of what would have otherwise been a catastrophic night!!!! Price per person: £1–10 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went to this club, the club lost my coat and gave my coat out to the wrong person. I was treated disgracefully by the owner and bouncer on the night. After going back and fourth on emails the owner said he ‘wasn’t able to send me the money via bank transfer’ and I would have to collect the cash. The owner knowing I wasn’t from the area and live 2 and a half hours away said I had to personally collect the cash. When I asked my friend who is a student in the area to see if she would be able to grab the jacket the owner then barred her for life from the club. Terrible service and the way they treat a young girl that night shouldn’t be ignored. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
