La Stüa de Michil, the gourmet gastronomic restaurant of the hotel la perla, is an iconic restaurant inside one of the most romantic and warmest stubes that I have ever seen and visited. Let yourself be guided by the dining room and kitchen staff who will guide you through your idea of gastronomy. Mahatma Wine Cellar will satisfy your needs whether they are demanding or not. Everything from the chef's welcome to the coffee will be up to par to make you have an excellent evening. The normal prices for such a place will not leave room for surprises for your pockets but the surprise will reveal itself in your dining experience. From the start of the night it was amazing. The staff are amazing and the kitchen is incredible. All of the food was out of this world and the wine was so delicious. The experience was amazing as the staff walked us through each dish and we learnt about each food Tour of the Michelin star kitchen is a MUST!!
