Wow, what can I say? Eating at “La table de Pablo” is not simply “eating” It’s living a true human and culinary experience! The Chef is on all fronts and he handles service and culinary performances brilliantly, like an authentic conductor. We opted for the "4 course" service and we were delighted to indulge in the total discovery of each dish... The marriage of tastes, flavors and cooking are perfectly mastered. The setting and atmosphere given to the place is in perfect harmony with the cuisine and personality of this great chef. Bravo again and... a big thank you for this wonderful evening of taste. We keep this address carefully and will not fail, not only to return to it, but also to give it good press.
