Many thanks for all these fantastic lunches! I live abroad and frequently travel to France for my business. I never miss an opportunity to enjoy a pleasant lunch at the Terrasse des Donjons. In 18 years, I have never been disappointed and I have always been pleasantly surprised by the culinary genius of Patrick Verdier. Each time it was a real delight and a pleasure to discover his new compositions. Without forgetting the pleasure of conversing with Madame Verdier and following her recommendations on the choice of dishes offered. For me, and without a doubt, the Terrasse des Donjons deserves its star in the Michelin Guide. I have just read the opinions of dissatisfied customers and I am deeply saddened by the defamatory, abusive, even slanderous comments left by them, which in no way reflect my many experiences in this establishment. Reading Mrs WOLFF's testimony sheds a completely different light on this unfortunate episode and I can only support Mr and Mrs Verdier who deserve recognition for their work and their dedication to satisfying their customers. Unfortunately our society is what it is, with its positive sides such as the fantastic lunches that I have taken and will continue to take, at La Terrasse des Donjons, and its negative sides such as the contempt for propriety which some come from us in give proof. Geneviève and Patrick, many thanks for these years of culinary innovation and pleasant moments spent in your establishment. Continue to amaze us and goodbye to bad sleepers!
