The food was okay it wasn't really bad. I just felt like it didn't have enough meat. And it was a small Sandwich for the price. The services was really bad. I walked in whith my husband and he ordered for me. And I sat down on a table i got up because I wanted to add fries to the order. And the girl kinda ignored me and just keeped looking at my husband to see if he approved of the fries. Anything i tried to add she would just ignore me and wait for him to tell her to add it even though i was talking to her and telling her what to add. So...I actually had three places in mind to eat in the Pearl City area, with two around the Sam's Club area and one on where it was on the other side of Walmart...I guess I picked the one that was across of the Walmart...being La Tour Cafe. My friend said that he's eaten over there before, so...I thought this would be a great idea to give it a go, considering the location of where it was. I personally never heard of this place at first, but considering their food options look nice, I thought to at least give it a try. That led me to try their French Dip Sandwich. First impression, looking at it, I thought it actually looked really nice presentation-wise, especially with the choice of bread. I normally would think a soup and a sandwich would be a fitting lunch for some, but I guess I'm more a salad-type, given what my perfect lunch would look like if I wanted to eat something to accompany with a sandwich to enjoy with on a good day. I've had my fair share of French Dip sandwiches in the past, especially going to a UH game at the SSC, but I actually really liked what I ate at La Tour Cafe. Really delicious. I definitely would come back there again. Maybe I'll try one of their macarons on my next visit.
