After having positive experiences, I honestly don't understand the negative reviews here. The selection of ice cream flavors was fantastic and a pleasure every time. The staff was extremely friendly and always cool. Maybe the other review had an exceptional experience, but my visits have always been first class. This ice cream shop is definitely a gem in the city center and a must for all ice cream lovers.

Today it's finally time to give a review. 1. However, the owner's customer service is anything but okay and not for the first time. The beautiful location and the furnishings don't match the way he talks to you. We haven't shopped here for over a year. 2. For EUR 1.90 the balls are more than small. Very stingy. The price has definitely increased now. 3. Spoons are easy to bend when spooning. 4. In terms of taste, the ice cream definitely does not belong to the company's own factory.
