One of the better restaurants I've been to in Toulouse, at reasonable prices for a three-course prix fixe meal, at €30 per person. This place is small and seats maybe 30 people, so don't come with a big group. 2 or 4 people would be best, and make a reservation ahead of time (over the phone, they don't have an online booking option). The place itself is very cozy and would be a great place for a date or to take your parents out to dinner. It's casual-feeling and not stuffy, but the dishes are beautifully plated and the quality of food is great, so you would think you were eating at a fancy fine-dining place. Entrees: - 63 degree egg - This sous vide egg was perfection. Not sure what kind of cream it was served upon, but the whole thing was wonderful. Paired with a piece of pork belly, this dish was indulgent, the egg yolk was perfect, and I would definitely recommend this. - Hamachi Crudo - About 3 slices of raw hamachi with a sauce and spinach - the fish was really fresh, and the whole dish was light and delicious. Plat: - Trout - I had the trout dish and it was fantastic - the pieces of trout were not super small, and they were cooked perfectly, and there were no bones in the fish. The celeriac puree was also delicious and paired well with the fish. - Pork - My boyfriend got the pork and it was great. I don't normally like eating a lot of pork, but this was really good - I would definitely order this next time if I saw it on the menu. Dessert: - Mille-Feuille with Apples and Beets - I've never had a dessert with beets before, so this was really interesting and different. I still prefer desserts with chocolate, so this was not necessarily one of my favorite desserts I've eaten in France. It was different and well-made though. - Poached Pear with Chocolate Sauce - I think I liked this one a little more than the mille-feuille because it basically had chocolate sauce drizzled on top. I didn't think I would like this as much as I did! Overall, a really great dinner for the price, with dishes that you would normally get an expensive restaurant. I'll definitely be back!

Went here for my birthday. One of the best meals I have had! Charming decor and super nice staff. Reasonably priced for a three course meal
