Been here a lot throughout the years and the quality is good but its just too overpriced for the taste and portion The cakes are fluffy and not too sweet Service was good but some of the tables and chairs were dirty and some of the couch seats had massive holes in it Overall, I would come here to get the big whole size cakes and sit down for a bit, but don't expect an amazing cafe dining experience Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Extremely disappointing and infuriating birthday cake. I expected high quality from a Korean bakery, but the quality was honestly shocking.

I bought a strawberry cream birthday cake from your Strathfield store tonight (April 14th, around 7pm).

When I got home, I discovered that the cashier had given me a cake with rotten strawberries in it. It feels intentional, and I’m extremely upset. I didn’t notice it until I got home, otherwise I would have returned it immediately.

Is this how you do business? Selling cakes that are close to expiry or already spoiled to customers is completely unacceptable. Where is your integrity?

This terrible cake completely ruined our birthday celebration. I will never come back to your store again.

LAB Strathfield has gone downhill. It used to be really good, but now it’s just meh. They recently changed their hibiscus iced tea recipe and it’s no longer enjoyable, which is disappointing because it used to be a favourite. I honestly want my money back. The strawberry cake was something I always looked forward to, but now it’s bland, dry, and mostly cream with barely any strawberries. The cream puffs are still good, but not good enough to make me return. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Takeaway Price per person: $1–20
