Dined at this establishment last night for our wedding anniversary. A few of the reviews were quite funny, but did not deter us. I can assure you, the water tastes the same as the rest of Pittsford restaurants (not like a direct pipe from the canal), and nothing was "lowkey cold or stale" . It was a very nice & lively restaurant! It did get quite loud after 6:30pm. The food was amazing, we had the Salty bread, Chicken & waffles, Cajun fries, & Mac n Cheese. All wonderful and as described on the menu. I'd have to say the best part was the dessert. We had the apple fritter bread pudding. SO GOOD! Reminded me of wegmans apple fritters with a twist. Definitely recommend. Our server, Austin, was very friendly and attentive. Allegedly, the owner helped my stuck husband out of a snow bank ~12 years ago , and so when we were looking up new places to dine, he was reminded he should come support this place! I actually do remember helping your husband out of that snowbank all those years ago, and it means a lot that you both chose to celebrate your anniversary with us because of it. That’s exactly what being part of this community is all about. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and seated inside comfortably. Our server, Austin, set the tone for the night right away — friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to explain parts of the menu, answered our questions without rushing, took our drink order promptly, and came back quickly to take our dinner order. Great service from the start. We started with the soup of the day, a roasted red pepper and artichoke bisque. It was vibrant, smooth, and beautifully presented. We also shared the crab cakes, which came perfectly golden with a creamy sauce, crisp coleslaw, and a grilled lemon. Excellent appetizer. For entrées, Sherri had the crispy Brussels sprouts, which were charred, flavorful, and topped with bacon and a creamy drizzle. Max ordered the steak frites, cooked medium‑rare with chimichurri and a generous portion of fries. I went with the Reuben on Austin’s recommendation after being on the fence — and it was a great call. Classic rye, melted cheese, tender meat, and crisp fries.We were too stuffed for dessert this time, but the meal was satisfying from start to finish. The restaurant itself is beautiful, the atmosphere warm and inviting, and the service was excellent and quick throughout. Definitely recommend. We had a fantastic dinner at Label Pittsford. The food was absolutely delicious, everything was thoughtfully prepared and packed with flavor. Service was top notch from start to finish, friendly, attentive, and professional without feeling overbearing. The atmosphere is modern and lively, but still comfortable enough for a relaxed night out. Great spot whether you’re out on a date, meeting friends, or celebrating something special.
