Love this place! Super clean and the service is amazing. I love the design, so elegant and fancy, perfectly for hanging out with friends. I am always a big fan of Lady M cake. Both classic flavors or the seasonal ones are great. Recently the seasonal one: Dasaai Blue Mille Crepes is pretty good. "You can't sit in here", LOL My partner and I walked into this Lady M on a beautiful weekday afternoon with plenty of vacant seats in store. We spent $30+ on three slices of cakes, but just when we were about to head to the seats, a waiter stopped us and told us the area is for sit-in customers only and we'd have to pay more to have the privilege to sit in. His tone was such a mood killer haha. We left immediately because we figured it's not worth paying for the fake elitism of elegantly putting our butts on their noble seats. We ended up enjoying our cakes on some other nice seats in the shopping mall while listening to a lovely music performance by the grand piano. The cakes tasted fine, just like I remembered from other Lady M's stores in NYC and the Bay Area. I won't go here again, though, because I can't agree with their "You can't sit in here" policy/attitude! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had Lady M Signature Mille Crepe cakes in NYC and Boston before trying them again in Bellevue. The crepe cakes are balanced, delicate, and not overly sweet. Made of 20 layers of crepes and cream, these should be refrigerated and served cold. I went to the Bellevue location for the first time in May 2024. I was greeted by Angie who then seated my SO and me in the cafe. We ordered 3 slices and iced coffee, consumed it all, and paid. The entire experience was pleasant. Service was friendly, timely, and attentive; the slices were cold and creamy; the coffee was sufficiently strong. While I prefer the Signature Mille Crepe cake, the coconut cheesecake was on point. That same evening, I ordered a full cake online for pick-up 3 days later. I arrived with an insulated bag and frozen ice packs. I showed the order QR code on my phone, picked up the cake, and ordered several more slices while I was there. All boxes fit perfectly in the bag. Note that whole cakes do NOT come pre-sliced. The whole pick-up process took less than 5 minutes. It was seamless. 10/10 would do again.
