Si tienes hambre, ven aquí a tomar su singular caldo. La cerveza de este restaurante no es muy del agrado de sus usuarios. Por la noche, hay actuaciones de música en directo. Clube do Lago Atibaia es muy recomendable por su bien entrenado personal. Su agradable servicio te hará sentirte especial. Este lugar, con su espectacular atmósfera, puede ser un buen sitio desde el que inicar tu viaje. Pero los clientes valoran este lugar por debajo de la media en Google.

My visit to the Clube do Lago Atibaia restaurant was not as satisfactory as I expected, despite the picturesque setting with a beautiful view of the lake. One of the first disappointments was the parking, which is outsourced and charges an exorbitant amount, equivalent to the cost of parking all day in the center of São Paulo. Unfortunately, there is no viable alternative as street parking is not permitted, and the restaurant does not offer free parking. Furthermore, the cost per person, which was initially R$65, ended up rising to R$71.50 during payment due to a 10% increase, even considering that customers serve themselves. A similar situation occurred when I purchased a children's arm float worth R$20. Surprisingly, when making the payment, a service fee of R$2 was added, even though I had picked up the product myself, without any additional service. On the day of my visit, on 12/03/2023, an artistic cover charge of R$15.80 was charged. However, to my surprise, there was a 10% increase in service fee on this amount, totaling R$17.38. This additional service fee charge for a specific event, such as the artistic cover, seemed out of place and not in line with common practice. These situations, taken together, left me with an unfavorable impression regarding the experience at the Clube do Lago Atibaia restaurant, and I believe that transparency and justification for these additional fees need to be considered by the establishment to ensure customer satisfaction.
