Despite a few new additions and changes to our small business, the ownership is still the same. We have looked into this matter you described. Your last experience was the result of an inexperienced new barista who unintentionally served you the affogato milkshake in a 20oz cup instead of a much smaller cup we use for the drink, which resulted in the taste you honestly described in your review. There also should not have been any extra charges for the espresso and you were provided inaccurate information by mistake. We apologize for these mistakes and thank you for your feedback, as a result we have been able to address the issue to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We are highly committed to the quality of our products and service and will continue to work on improving the training of our new staff.
