After first visiting Rene and taking two packs of coffee to try, I am now completely convinced. Last weekend I bought 5 packs of espresso via the website and again the roasted beans are of exceptional quality! The coffee is so fresh that it is best to let the beans sit for a while before grinding them. You can then smell how the beans are increasingly acquiring their character. And then you get a really damn tasty cup of coffee. Really not even remotely comparable to the standard beans that you can buy everywhere. One warning, if you start with these Lambo coffee beans you cannot go back to your old beans. They really don't taste like that anymore (to my surprise)... Rene, keep it up and it was really nice to be able to see how the coffee was roasted in a Probat machine from 1956. Real traditionally roasted coffee by someone who, according to I know exactly what it does. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
