Just went to the Mcds here on Central/Woodlawn and they tell all 6 of us in the drive thru “ we are closing at 9 now on Sun/Mon!!!! Their sign clearly states 10 PM!!!!!!!

Just called the office at 8:30 on a Monday morning to state an issue I had with the store at 21/Ridge. No one was there to take the complaint but the poor receptionist. The food issue was bad enough and I felt she could handle that one because I am sure they get plenty of calls about poor quality and poorer service. When I told her about an altercation that took place in the store between an employee's mother and, what I guessed was, the store manager she took the information. I asked if she knew who the store employee was and she did not. This was an issue I felt unsafe eating there and she glossed over it like is was an everyday occurrence. I doubt anything will be done about the altercation. I can tell you she did not get my contact information to have someone follow-up with me in the future. Just another reason to avoid Lane Enterprises/Lane management.
