I had to wait 6 minutes for someone to show up. No staff in sight. I received a boiled ribeye steak instead of grilled, because it was too thin and it couldn't be grilled long enough for the mallard reaction or it would become too dry. The admitted this themselves. Ordered peppercorn sauce with the steak and received mushroom sauce with hair inside. I made this present and they just acknowledged it and just apologised while taking the plate but that was it. I received one and a half apologies, paid the full amount for the meal, and left hungry and disgusted. I checked out of the hotel because I couldn't eat breakfast at this place for the next 6 consecutive days, considering that breakfast for the hotel is served here.
