If you enjoy being physically assaulted by drunk staff and "locals," then by all means, grab a pint here. We walked in at 11 PM, didn't even make it to the bar, and were immediately targeted. The landlord—a rude, unprofessional woman who appeared more intoxicated than the patrons—didn't just ask us to leave; she physically grabbed my friend by the back of the neck. When things escalated, her "local" buddies joined in. A man in his 50s thought it was appropriate to grab an 18-year-old girl by the crown of her hair and drag her out of the building. This wasn’t a "dispute"—it was a group of grown adults putting their hands on teenagers for the crime of existing in their "local" space. The atmosphere is toxic, the management is violent, and the safety of any young person entering this establishment is non-existent. Unless you want to be dragged out by your hair for doing absolutely nothing, steer clear. This place is a disgrace. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Brilliant place. Lady lady is amazing and pub is always looking very clean. Staff are outstanding and always warm with there lovely fire during winter months. Can’t forget about the beautiful pub dog. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
