So polite and respectful! The owner is actively involved in the community and does what he can to help Fayetteville become better. The employees are helpful and friendly. The food is fresh and the people are nice! My order has been messed up a few times and so has my husband's. BUT overall it's been a great experience. I think the food being fresh makes up for a lot. They are also pretty fast, which is nice that we do not have to wait long. I also appreciate that while customer service at a lot of places these days is not so great, at Larry's Giant Subs they still care!
