Muy buena experiencia en este restaurante. Nos atendió una chica super amable que estuvo muy pendiente de lo que necesitabamos en cada momento. Un concepto muy interesante, crear la tabla de quesos / embutidos que prefieras. Una gran variedad de productos. El servicio excelente, súper amables y esforzándose mucho por hablarnos en inglés. We had dinner last night at the restaurant Le 17.45 in Rennes, attracted by the idea of tasting a fondue. Unfortunately, we discovered on site that it is only served on Mondays, which was not clearly indicated. It was a first disappointment. This restaurant specializes in make-your-own boards, but we were surprised by the quality of the products, particularly the cheeses, which were very ordinary for an establishment promoting this. The choice for vegetarians is also very limited, and the bread served was not fresh, which is a real shame. We would have appreciated the presence of a variety of butters to accompany the board, as well as several choices of bread, preferably fresh. Additionally, our drinks arrived well after the board, further detracting from our experience. Finally, the quality-price ratio seemed exaggerated to us: €60 for a board of charcuterie and cheese, taking into account the quality and the experience, it is far too expensive. Overall our evening was disappointing and did not justify the asking price. This is not a place we would recommend. The fondue is actually only served on Monday evenings, information which seems clearly indicated to us from the online reservation to inside the restaurant: -> on our website -> in the news of the restaurant's Google page -> on our Insta/FB pages -> on our sidewalk stop sign in front of the establishment -> on the front door -> on an A4 poster located at reception, at the checkout level And finally we tell you once again in person on the phone or when you come to the restaurant. Our menu is not 100% vegetarian as you might like but our vegetarian friends still have the choice to select 29 of our 48 à la carte products in cheeses, raw vegetables, spreads and roasted Camembert, therefore the vegetarian offer is very far from being limited. All our products, whether cheeses or charcuterie, are locally sourced and carefully selected from artisans. They may not be to your taste, but they are nevertheless a delight for the 330 other positive reviews on our products and our restaurant. The same goes for our free bread, offered with pleasure, which is nevertheless baked daily and supplied by the Thabor bakery, rue de Paris. We also offer unsalted and semi-salted butter free of charge, upon request. Providing more breads or different butters would unfortunately only increase the bill and we have never claimed to be a gourmet restaurant, where this service of choice of different breads is offered to you (although in limited quantities all the same ). And regarding the price, we would like to remind you that there were 3 people. So €60 for a platter of 13 products + roasted camembert and drinks for 3 people comes to €20 per person, which seems far from excessive to us.
