There's no other place better to enjoy an authentic amazing Gyro with a side of Greek salad and rice. There is no other place around in Springfield or surrounding towns that would even get close to how their Gyros taste. If you want the real deal, don't go anywhere else. You won't regret it. Le Greque is my favorite eatery in Springfield. Open for lunch and located in the Tower Square, the prices are very reasonable. The wonderful family that owns the restaurant is from Crete and the food is as authentic as you can get in the United States. Their menu is broad but my go to is the gyro. The meat is delicious, the pita is airy and soft, the vegetables clean and fresh. They prepare the food in front of you and are great with customizing the meal as you’d like it, giving generous portions that fill the entire pita. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
