Su singular atmósfera deja una impresión positiva en sus visitantes. Pero los usuarios de Google no le han concedido a Le PILAU - Restaurant & Rivage una calificación muy alta.

The most humiliating situation I've faced in this restaurant. to start the complain i must inform you that we had a birthday reservation a week prior to the day, the lady who answered the call was nice and respectful, however when me and my friends went there we faced a very disrespectful act not once but many times from our server. starting off by how he touched our personal stuff (phone, purse...) he could've asked nicely to do whatever he wanted without touching them, then we found out that we have to ask for plates and food (we didn't do any further research about the restaurant right) but also the one who accepted our reservation on phone did not inform us about the matter. Moving on, the server had no idea that we had a birthday reservation and showed his annoyance throughout our stay there. all i can say is that it was the worst experience I've ever faced, worst service, and the peak of disrespect me and my friends had to experience. (there's still alot to complain about thought) hopefully you'll start to respect you local clients and act accordingly and respectfully.
