Puedes venir a este bar después de visitar Eglise Saint Joseph Saint Raymond. Su cocina francesa, bajo la dirección de su talentoso chef, es en este establecimiento estupenda. Puedes tomarte un tierno tartar, unos perfectamente elaborados raclette y unos sorprendentes galettes en Le Rouge Gorge. Pide su delicado parfait: es increíblemente apetitoso. Aquí puedes pedir un estupendo vino. Recomienda a sus visitantes distintas variedades de su insuperable café.
El personal es aquí genial, y eso es lo que hace que este lugar sea tan bueno. Un gran número de clientes se han dado cuenta de que el servicio es apropiado. Lamentablemente, sus visitantes no gustan de su corriente decoración. Aquí encontrarás un encantador ambiente. Pero muchos usuarios que usan Google no le otorgaron a este lugar una nota muy alta.

Le Rouge gorge is an original and dynamic establishment run by Fabien and Alshad, the two emblematic characters of the place with Speedy/Java, the mascot, when he is there. The food is very good and the service is very good, both on site and to take away, especially with the new chef. I particularly recommend the crepes, the cheese sticks and especially the Breton/Swiss raclette served on pans with Fabien's candle, real delights! No false notes for my part. Of course, they have their little character and don't like being stepped on, which doesn't seem astonishing to me when we see the incivism, the intolerance and the behavior that some people demonstrate... Le Rouge gorge is truly the place where tolerance remains the key word and the atmosphere that reigns there remains extraordinary with music in all directions. Sometimes Fabien rewards us with his talent as a violinist and he really goes out of his way to create events. Long live the Red Gorge!
