We enjoyed the top notch wine, bread and the olive oil. The rest of the food was questionable. The starter was the bao bun with octopus: sounded interesting and innovative but was ultimately confusing due to dryness and saltiness of the entire concoction. We were recommended by the server to go for the pacchero with cuttlefish ink and I regret I did not send it back. I did expect some flavour novelty as I was unfamiliar with the dish but I think the fish was off. Waaay too fishy and I could not quite catch whether it was intended to be this way or it was genuinely not done right. Pork rib that we also ordered was overcooked and stringy. The setting, the ambience, the wine and the bread kept it all together but all our other menu choices left us…well…perplexed. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
