The rice, chicken and sauce had an unusual strong funky aftertaste, and the fries were moist and had sort of a cardboardy taste with hints of either chlorine or dishwashing liquid. I had to throw it in the bin. At the end of the day this is a fast food place with minimum wage employees that are just impatient to be able to go home. Unfortunately, Western Sydney is never going to stop having these issues for one simple reason: nobody gets punished for lazy work. It's normalised, and that's why it will remain the same. LeWrap isn't the only place where the food is going downhill - Guzman Y Gomez, El Jannah, Frango, Oporto, etc, all of these places are experiencing the same problems especially in these areas. Management that doesn't naturally have the understanding to cultivate an enjoyable work culture create apathetic workers, apathetic workers = low quality products. People don't get into these businesses to curate an industry sector as successfully as they possibly can. People get into these businesses to make money, and only that. That's the problem. Food: 1
