Absolutely beautiful is the docks as well as the river and canal as a whole. Lots to do and see in Leeds. Water taxi is a must ride. Five stars always and forever. #CometoLeeds #Leedstourism #IloveLeeds

Leeds Dock and it's various incarnations are a really swish place. Though they have tried lots over the years the place really is much quieter than it ought to be. They have started letting some of the places as offices now to fill it up. The Royal Armouries museum is located within the dock in a purpose made building. This place is well worth a visit particularly if the weather isn't so good. There is also a free boat that takes you on a short "cruise" of the River Aire towards Granary Wharf. Again this is a worthwhile trip to make and gives you a different view of Leeds.
