Reserved a table last night, bar tender was incredibly rude. Drinks were poor quality and barely drinkable. Was told to get a drink from the bar whilst our table was prepared and the server would come for us when it was ready, granted we were early therefore happy to wait. Server totally forgot us, when we enquired to the status of our table we were informed that it was ready and they would seat us…. The table had 2 chairs for our party of 4. Left almost immediately after seating. Sadly not a great experience contrary to online marketing.

Hi Lee, Thanks for your feedback — I’m really sorry your visit didn’t live up to expectations. From the service at the bar to the table mix-up and the drinks, it’s clear we missed the mark. That’s not what we’re about at Be At One, and I completely understand your disappointment. I’d love the chance to turn this around — if you’re open to it, please get in touch so we can make it right. All the best, Casey Chinnock General Manager Be At One Bath

good venue with room to stand outside in the summer (although no tables and chairs) - like all the Be at One venues, it has good cocktails and fairly good music.
