I had a wonderful brunch at Legrain in Anderlecht and here’s a thoughtful review of my experience. From arrival to dessert, Legrain delivers a warm, artisan-chic vibe.  Inside, the decor and set-up feel polished yet welcoming — you can tell that care has been taken with the space: comfortable seating, natural light, and a display of pastries that invites “just one more” glance. Legrain’s offerings stand out. The pastries and viennoiseries are clearly crafted with expertise and creativity: think bicolour pastries, pistachio-filled treats, and stylish cookies topped with ganache.  For brunch, the combination of savoury and sweet works beautifully here: a good coffee, a fresh tart or pastry, perhaps something savoury if you prefer. The craftsmanship of the bakery/pâtisserie side shines — it elevates what might have been a “standard brunch” into something more memorable. Legrain is highly recommendable for brunch in Brussels — especially if you appreciate quality patisserie, a well-presented menu, and a relaxed yet stylish atmosphere.
