I visited this place for the Iftar buffet and was charged for my 5-year-old child, which didn’t make sense. When I questioned it, they simply said “it’s done, we can’t send the money back now.” I patiently contacted them multiple times, asking for a refund, but most of the time they didn’t even respond or bother to solve the issue. They only offered 2 free breakfasts instead of returning my money, and when I refused and asked again for the refund, they completely stopped replying. Very unprofessional and disappointing service. I don’t recommend this place to anyone who expects basic honesty and customer care. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had a great experience at lemon tree Ramee grand. The food, hospitality is amazing special thanks to chef Shijoy who cooked us meal which was not there in the menu. Thanks to Manish as well for his great hospitality. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
