They offer 2 speeds of service, slow and stop. 8 in line when I arrived... 15 minutes later, not one order was taken let alone filled. 4 people behind the counter shuffled around without a care in the world. Me and the person behind me walked out as I screamed explelatives about how horrible the service is, the rest of the line now riled up started complaining as well. As we walked out two couples were entering, I told them we had been waiting 20 minutes, good luck. As I drove out of the parking lot I saw them getting into their SUV. 6 customers lost that I know of. I went to another great bagel shop, (not as easy to get to) was 5th in line, and out in under 10 minutes! Service: 1

I have been coming faithfully to Lenny’s every Saturday after my kids take a class I’m never disappointed with the bagel or creamcheese However , one things I do wish they can work on is there mannserisism , service wnd communications. 1. Ask me is I need anything else. Tell me if it’s an additional charge. 2. Make sure everything in my order is complete 3. Smile, they walk around as if they are annoyed with everyone. I get it’s an exhausting and tiring job, but for the last 6 Saturday I have yet seen them with any sort of smile in their face. Lenny’s. You are great , but please listen to us Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
